- Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”, define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of gummies and dietary supplements offered by Dose on its website.
- Products
The products available for sale are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.
Each product includes a detailed description specifying its characteristics, composition, instructions for use and, where applicable, usage precautions.
Product availability depends on existing stock.
Dose makes every effort to present its products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations, such as color, texture, or on-screen appearance, may occur depending on the device used by the customer.
- Prices
Prices may be displayed in euros (EUR), pounds sterling (GBP), US dollars (USD), Swiss francs (CHF), Canadian dollars (CAD), or any other currency made available on the website as part of Dose’s international expansion.
Shipping costs, applicable taxes, and any additional charges are shown before the order is confirmed.
Dose reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without any retroactive effect on orders that have already been confirmed.
- Orders
Any order placed on the website becomes firm and final once payment has been confirmed.
A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the customer after validation.
Dose reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute, payment refusal, or suspected fraud.
- Payment
Payment is made online through the secure payment methods offered, such as credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, or any other available payment option.
Products are shipped only after full payment has been received.
- Legal Guarantees
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law.
In the event of a defective product, the customer may request the repair, replacement, or refund of the product concerned.
These guarantees relate to the conformity and quality of the product, but do not cover subjective expectations relating to sensations, individual tolerance, or personal perception of results.
- Right of Withdrawal
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Returned products must be new, unused, and in their original intact packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery, for hygiene, safety, and food-safety reasons.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the event of an error attributable to Dose, such as a defective or incorrect product.

However, nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the mandatory rights granted to consumers under the laws applicable in their country, province, or territory of residence.

This provision does not prevent consumers from bringing proceedings before the competent courts of their place of residence where this right is provided for by mandatory consumer protection rules.
