Returns & Right of Withdrawal

• You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

• For hygiene, safety, and food-safety reasons, gummies and dietary supplements can only be returned if they are new, unopened, unused, and in their original intact packaging, with all seals and protective films still in place.

• We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, partially consumed, damaged after delivery, or whose safety seal has been removed.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
